The Town of Windsor (TOW) is located approximately 50 miles north of Denver, centered between Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley. It offers a small town atmosphere of community with all the benefits of the larger metropolitan nearby.
The population is nearly 25,000 with an annual average growth of 3-4%. There are about 799 businesses and a full-time employment base of more than 7,000 jobs. In 2015, the Town of Windsor was rated one of the safest communities in Colorado by ValuePenguin and previously Family Circle rated the Town one of the 10 Best Towns for Families.

The Town of Windsor is home-rule with a Board/ Manager form of govt. The Town employs 114 benefited personnel and has a total budget of $53 Million in 2015. Windsor was incorporated in 1890 and is currently celebrating its 125th year anniversary.
